Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 12 AM · Saturday: 8 AM – 10 PM · Sunday: 8 AM – 9 PM. Any modified hours or holiday changes are posted on our Instagram.
15 and over. 16–17 year olds need a parent or legal guardian to sign the liability waiver once, then can come in solo every visit after. 15 year olds need a parent/guardian to sign AND remain on premises while working out. 14 and under: no admittance, no exceptions. Note: a "legal guardian" is court-appointed with documentation — a friend cannot sign.
Your time window doesn't begin until you check in at the front desk. One of our associates will build your profile, get your liability waiver signed, and (for 7-Day passes) take a profile photo and issue you a key-tag to scan in for each visit.
1-Day Pass: 24 hours after time of purchase — keep your receipt for re-entry. 7-Day Pass: 168 hours (7 days) of unlimited access from your check-in time. No partial refunds for unused days.
Yes — come by and a sales rep will walk you through everything. Tours available in person Mon–Fri 8 AM – 9 PM and Sat–Sun 8 AM – 6 PM. Questions on membership options? Email sales@thealphaletegym.com.
Cancellations are handled by email. You can use the cancellation link at the bottom of our site (it routes a ticket to our inbox) or email memberships@officialalphaland.com with any questions.
Bring valid proof at your first visit — proof of education or medical employment for Scrubs and Scholars; proof of military service, police, fire, or EMT employment for Valor. We verify in person before activating the discount.
Yes — the "Due Today" amount on each plan covers the initiation fee plus your first month's dues. No hidden charges after that, just the recurring monthly rate.
Yes — just be courteous to other members and don't block walkways or emergency exits. If you need additional lighting, stands, or production setup, talk to a manager to set up an appointment.
Yes — Dr. Stamps of Alpha Chiropractic has a private office in the Recovery Lounge. Schedule ahead on IG @alpha.chiro and ask about her rates and options.
No — retail shopping is open to everyone. A membership or day pass is only required to access the gym floor and the rest of the facility.
Only service animals are allowed. Emotional support animals, unfortunately, are not.
